We require a consultation call for all projects, no matter the size. We will also require you to sign a contract, and your invoice must be fulfilled before any services will be rendered. The only exceptions are any premade templates on sale on our website, which are sold as-is.
No, we do not offer refunds. Due to the digital nature of services and products, all sales are final, and we do not prorate service plans.
Absolutely not. Our consultation calls are noncommittal. If both parties (You and Sonay and Co.) decide that we are a great fit to work together, you will receive a proposal that consists of a contract outlining the agreed-upon services and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the invoice is fulfilled, we will proceed with our client onboarding process.
If, after the consultation is completed and it is not the best time to begin a working relationship, you will receive a thank you email following our call.
